Scholarship Funds Eligibility

In addition to completing the master scholarship application, each fund will have additional specific questions, essays or required documents (ie. letters of recommendation) to be completed at the end of the online application.  Follow the link to "read more" about each scholarship fund to read the "Application Requirements" that lists the additional information that will be required for each scholarship application.

Leo H. Brooks Scholarship Fund

For a graduate of the Public School System of Coffee County, Georgia.  This scholarship is not accepting new applicants this year.

Joyce Brown Memorial Scholarship Fund

For students furthering their nursing education or pursuing a nursing degree. Preference will be given to those who work for the Medical Center of Central Georgia.

Career Women's Network Scholarship Fund

For non-traditional female students, who are at least 25 years of age and pursing a Bachelor's degree.

Lillian T. Cartledge Scholarship Fund

For employees of Carlyle Place and their dependents, enrolled at and pursuing an undergraduate degree at a public college, university or technical school in Middle Georgia.

Clifton-Whitehead Scholarship Fund

For graduates of an accredited high school in Bibb, Houston, Crawford, Twiggs, Jones, Peach, or Monroe Counties, who are pursuing a Bachelor's degree. A preference will be given to those students in Bibb County.

For a graduating senior JROTC cadet of a Bibb County High School.

To help a graduating senior of Central High School in Macon, Georgia by providing a college scholarship for the purpose of pursuing  a college degree in Education.

To help a graduating high school senior who earned their Eagle Scout rank as a member of a Boy Scout troop chartered in Bibb County, Georgia by providing a college scholarship for the purpose of pursuing a college degree.

For students or graduates of Windsor Academy.

Al Lucas Memorial Scholarship Fund

For student athletes graduating from any Bibb County public high school with athletic programs. Currently they are Northeast, Central, Rutland, Southwest, Westside, and Howard High Schools.

For a graduating senior at Upson-Lee High School who demonstrates great financial need as well as academic potential.

For a graduating senior of Central High School in Macon, Georgia, who may not be at the top of the class academically, but demonstrates school pride and is likely to succeed.
